Video: Shiri Appleby at the 2016 Critics’ Choice Awards

Only one month ago, actress Shiri Appleby gave birth to her newborn baby boy, Owen Lee Shook.

The UnREAL star looked prettier than ever as she stepped out at the 2016 Critics’ Choice Awards held at the Barker Hangar on Sunday (January 17) in Santa Monica, California.

Shiri took a well-earned break from motherhood to attend the award show with her better half, Jon Shook. “He always said he wouldn’t come to an award show unless I was nominated. And now here he is carrying the breast pump.”, she told Yahoo Style. The actress was nominated for Best Actress In A Drama Series for her work in UnREAL; but she lost to The Leftovers‘ Carrie Coon.

Shiri and her UnREAL co-star Constance Zimmer later took the stage to present an award during the telecast.

“UnREAL” Premiere Party [Photos]

UnREAL is getting closer day by day.

Celebrating the upcoming premiere of her new show “UnREAL”, Shiri Appleby attended Lifetime and Us Weekly’s premiere party for “UnReal” held at SIXTY Beverly Hills last Friday (May 25th, 2015).

Shiri Appleby was joined by co-stars Constance Zimmer, Josh Kelly, Breeda Wool, Aline Elasmer, Jeffrey Bowyer-Chapman and executive producers Marti Noxon and Sarah Gertrude Shapiro.

UnREAL is led by flawed heroine Rachel Goldberg (Shiri Appleby, Girls), a young producer whose sole job is to manipulate her relationships with and among the contestants to get the vital dramatic and outrageous footage that the program’s dispassionate executive producer, Quinn King (Constance Zimmer, House of Cards), demands.

“UnREAL” premieres next week Monday, June 1 on Lifetime.
