UnREAL fans will have to wait a little longer to watch the new season, starring Shiri Appleby as Rachel Goldberg.
Lifetime’s critically acclaimed drama was expected to return this summer, but the third season will not premiere until early 2018. On Sunday, Shiri Appleby’s co-star Constance Zimmer posted a photo on Twitter along with the caption “Here’s to the fans…Hang in there for #season3 @UnRealLifetime AIRING in the FIRST part of 2018!!” The delayed premiere date was confirmed by Lifetime.
No explicit reason was given for the delay. According to Variety, this could be due to some changes behind the scenes:
“For Season 3, “UnReal” brought on a new showrunner, Stacy Rukeyser. The showrunner shuffle came after the series had a rocky second season, according to many critics, following a very successful freshman season, which became a critical darling right off the bat.“
Sadly, we will have to wait until early 2018 for more epic Rachel Goldberg moments, but we are sure it means another great season of our favorite ‘reality TV’ drama.
Do you remember the “Talking Magazine” swimming pool photos? Back in 2000, photographer Max Vadukul had all the hot young actors in front of his camera. Shiri Appleby, Jason Behr and their “Roswell” co-star Colin Hanks were joined by other WB faces such as Jennifer Garner, Meredith Monroe, Shane West, Marc Blucas and Carly Pope for this shoot.

On Sunday, May 21, 2017, Shiri Appleby and her family attended the Hammer Museum K.A.M.P. in Los Angeles, California.
The Hammer welcomed hundreds of kids and their families for their eight annual fundraising K.A.M.P. (Kids’ Art Museum Project), where renowned L.A. artists led inventive, hands-on workshops in the carefree atmosphere of the museum’s courtyard. Attendees were treated to a lunch by Jon & Vinny’s, an Italian restaurant co-owned by Shiri’s husband, Jon Shook, and his partner Vinny Dotolo.
“With all the emerging artists of LA and my ❤️@thesashaalexander 🌟 #hammerkamp #momlife“, the UnREAL actress captioned the photo below.
